The Group Foundation Scholarship Program
Nearly 100 students and new professionals attended virtual AGPA Connect 2022 with assistance from the Group Foundation's donors. They have been expressing their appreciation to donors and all who made AGPA Connect 2022 such a success. You can hear from some of the 2022 scholarship recipients directly through their letters. The recipients express their appreciation to all who contributed to AGPA Connect 2020 and share the value of the scholarship.
At the heart of the Group Foundation for Advancing Mental Health and AGPA is the desire to enhance the number and the quality of effectively led therapeutic groups in the public and private sectors internationally. To accomplish this we reach out to students, early career professionals and mental health professionals working in public settings and offer them scholarships to assist them in attending AGPA Connect where they receive exposure to safe and stimulating group experiences and an opportunity to learn from the most experienced and talented group therapists.
